Nice atmosphere but loud. I got chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It tasted good but noodles were a bit under cooked and was dry. My waitress offered to get more sause for me which helped alot.

I have not one singular negative things to say about this place! The food is phenomenal, the service is top notch, the reaturant is cute, quaint, clean, comfortable.

Patrick was one of the best servers we have had in a long time! Very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and even wished me a happy birthday (thank you for not actually singing!)

Give this sweet place a try and you'll never go anywhere for Italian food!!

Twisted Italian has become my absolute go to for Italian food in North Peoria, and it never disappoints. The fish dishes are consistently excellent, always fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can really tell they pay attention to quality and preparation. The pasta is just as impressive with rich sauces, great portions, and that comforting homemade taste you want from a great Italian restaurant.

What really sets Twisted Italian apart is the consistency....
