So glad this place is still here, recently stopped by and was just blown away by the way it has evolved. Still amazing servers, and just so comfortable, a place where you can just relax and enjoy your coffee and company if you have it.

I just had to come on here and share that the other night I stopped by. I only had a few minutes to check out the live music for a moment and a gentleman that worked there was so kind, not a normal kind you experience..a authentically, genuinely kind and warm no agenda kind of giving energy. It was such a lovely experience even a few moments I was there the energy and atmosphere is so welcoming and lovely and he just mirrored that as well. I really wanted come on here to thank that gentleman that works there. Not only is he a hard worker but he truly Naturally was just humankind. I intend someone reading this feels the pull to experience this kind of energy at this space. Much love and gratitude. It touched my soul.

32 shea is everything. It’s a locally owned, welcoming space with phenomenal food and great drink both coffee and cocktails. Feels like a happy little oasis hidden in the Phoenix suburban desert.

Let’s start this review on a positive note. It’s a super cute place, with great food, that’s been here for a while now. I always wanted to try it & finally did this past year. A couple of months back I picked up a mobile order, their crispy BLT. It was so good, so it made up for the lack of customer service on that quick first visit. Zero interaction or engagement from staff, the vibe was not it. I knew in that moment, no matter how cute it was, this was not a place I would feel comfortable dining in at. Today I decided to give them another shot. I was close by, and craving something fresh & quick. Their stacked turkey sounded delicious, and it was. The vibes from the staff, same as last visit. As staff, I’m not sure that I could give my customer eye contact without greeting or acknowledging or thanking them. But that’s just me, as much as I like the food I don’t think I’ll come back because of the vibes I got. I’m sure not everyone will have/had this same experience, and for those who are received and welcomed, awesome for you!

This place reminded me of home. The chef came out to serve us. Everything was outstanding. The bruschetta put postino to shame.
I’m celiac and the chef came to me to ask me questions and guide me in the best direction. There’s nothing better than that. The GF bruschetta was the best I’ve had in Phoenix. No one else has gluten-free ravioli (or anything besides penne tbh) except these guys. I’m so happy! And FINALLY a gluten free dessert that isn’t the same old torte. So happy with everything about this place. We are coming back again and again. I love how casual and not uppity it was.

My girlfriend has celiac and this place was extremely accommodating. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly on a busy Friday night. The braised short rib bowl, gluten free ravioli and gluten free banana walnut cake were 10/10 and even priced reasonably. Can’t recommend this place enough for dinner. Will be coming back for breakfast very soon.

This place is mostly ambiance and hospitality, other than that it’s just ok. Coffee is a waste of money, it literally tastes like what i can make at home. Food is ok. Place is quaint and people are nice and that’s what keeps it going. Can’t speak for the cocktails but if they’re anything like that coffee was i would run for the hills lmao

This place is a phenomenal spot on Shea with an amazing patio, very friendly and down to Earth staff and a creative menu.
The issue is that the owner has a really scummy business practice to sneak in inflated prices. All non-dairy products have an additional charge to them. Non-dairy alternatives range from $.65 to $1.00 extra. This is why a normal mocha or latte will cost a little bit more from down the street. It also increases the profits on drinks significantly since most people don't notice the charge.
It's also exploitive of people with a dairy allergy who are obligated to take a non-dairy alternative, outside of capitalizing on the ethical trend of avoiding Dairy with respect to the animal victims of factory farming. While you may not care about this, since it's a growing concern among the population, it's interesting that the owner would decide to charge extra for it during an economic crisis when their competitors at Press across the street do not last I checked.
So, my options here are to offset the cost by not tipping the employees, which isn't fair to them, reward the owner's greedy behavior and just eat the cost, or just compromise my ethics and drink dairy products like a normal person. Guys, I love this place, but we can't continue to do business this way. There's too many coffee shops in the valley.
Great place with stellar service and food.

Skip Starbucks. This place has excellent food, craft drinks, espresso, an oasis of a patio. The service is always great-- super friendly and knowledgeable, not pretentious.

I go here about once a month to catch up with my best friend as it is close to her house. The food is always so good, I usually get the raspberry walnut salad. Its so good and I also get the Mexican candy drink. Highly recommend!

We love it here so much, we wish there was a 32 Shea over in Peoria! I guess the name wouldn't quite make sense over there, but still!
Perfect place to sit and read with your coffee and breakfast and later in the day have dinner with a drink with friends. Perfect spot!

Shea is a very nice local spot. Great for coffee runs, brunch with friends, or a relaxing evening drink. It’s got personality and a lot of appeal. If they iron out consistency and maybe expand or open up the indoor space a bit more, it could easily be a 5.

Nice cozy place. Very original. Love the mix of cafe, bar, atmosphere in the middle of a parking lot. We need more places like this in Phoenix!
