Best way to travel, little expensive but well worth it. The breakfast is always nice with hot coffee. Customer service was excellent

This lounge gets very crowded. Phoenix Sky Harbour is always super busy. It's best to avoid this airport at all costs but the Admirals Club does provide some comfort.
The staff is very friendly 👍

Great place to wait out before your flight. Clean, comfortable, and a place to catch up on your work and grab a bite

A7 area lounge is small and can be a bit loud. I felt the restrooms in terminal were cleaner than the one at Sky Harbour. The Chicago one was Awesome!

more people than places to sit, food is meh, the complimentary drinks aren’t worth it. It cost $79 & I am honestly floored that people think this is a good value. standing room only.

At this point DO NOT BUY ONLUNR ONE DAY PASSES! American is being criminal. They won’t refund you your money and will say the lounge is at capacity! This is a photo I took when they said it. I have tried over 3x to use my one day pass I bought online. In addition contacted customer service with nothing!

Love the food, seating and it's never that busy even though sometimes you struggle to find a seat. Two 👍's up.

I didn’t actually get to use the admirals club. But Kayla was super nice! We were at Sky Harbor terminal 4 looking for food and she was charging her phone. She saw us looking and asking each other questions and she was super helpful in guiding us to food. We wanted to find food before security.
Keep her! She embodies what a person in customer service should be.

They don’t accept one day pass

The AA Lounge by Gate 7 delivered something I never expected to find between boarding calls — Sicilian chicken. Yes, you read that right. And not just any chicken — tender, perfectly seasoned, and photo-worthy (I actually took a picture). If this dish is a regular feature, I may start scheduling my layovers around it.

Beyond the food, the lounge layout is great for business travelers. The single, high-backed chairs offer just enough privacy to catch up on work or zone out with a drink while feeling mildly important. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and the espresso machine doesn’t disappoint.

In short — if you’re lucky enough to be near Gate 7, skip the food court and head straight here. Bring your laptop, your appetite, and maybe your camera — just in case the Sicilian chicken makes another appearance.

They need to change up the food more often. Beats sitting at the gate!

Both coffee machines are down and no coffee in the urn. No staff in the area addressing the lack.

Great lounge, lots of space, friendly staff

Small, not up to usual Admirals club standards.

I did like this place, but it's too crowded sometimes.
