The cashier (young skater-looking kid) wore the same glove for everything he did. It was mortifying to watch him wash dishes with the SAME glove and then handle to-go orders. We only ate our burgers because we watched him like a hawk and ensured he did not touch our food. He would place the same gloved hand (his right) in his pocket, take orders with it, and had his GLOVED hand on the walls and doors and then continued to handle food. Although the food was fairly tasty, it was hard to eat because of the unsanitary behaviors of the employee. There was no manager or adult to speak to.
If there are cameras inside the restaurant, I’d ask the ownership/leadership to please review the accuracy of our experience.. The bathroom was also filthy. What a shame.

I really wanted to like Aioli’s Burgers — the burger itself was actually tasty and well put together. Unfortunately, what stood out more than the food was the way the kitchen and staff operations were handled, and it left us very concerned.
The first thing we noticed was the lack of any clear leadership or management presence. One staff member (a younger guy with brown hair, kind of skater look) seemed to be doing everything — cashiering, handling food, washing dishes, even grabbing items from the bathroom — all while wearing the same pair of gloves. He went from touching his pockets, to the register, to food prep, to cleaning, back and forth, without ever changing gloves or washing his hands.
As we were sitting there eating our burgers and watching this, it became harder and harder to enjoy the meal. By the time we finished, our concern for food safety outweighed how good the burger tasted.
It’s disappointing because the food has potential, but until there’s stronger management and basic food safety practices in place, we won’t be returning.

Service has tanked here. Second time ive phone in an order then waited way to long for it. I called in an order of loaded fries, arrived 15min after my call. They then had me sit and wait another 15min for my to-go order. Meanwhile the people who ordered behind me got all of their orders before me. It shouldn't take 30-45min for fries with cheese. I won't be returning.

Drinks and extras are playful and satisfying. Milkshakes and floats feel indulgent in the best way, and side dishes don’t play second fiddle—they earn their place. The fries, the loaded fries, the signature sauces—all add layers to the meal without distracting from the main event.
Service ties it all together. Staff are welcoming, efficient, and clearly take pride in what they do. Even on busier nights it feels like they’re pushing to make sure nothing is overlooked—tables cleared, orders checked, diners made to feel at ease.

Ordered through Door Dash. No aioli with fried pickles. Fried pickles were overdone and only 8 in the order. No ketchup. Ok not one plastic knife. Disappointing.

Best burgers and shakes around — absolutely worth the price. The quality is unbeatable and the flavors are amazing. Definitely better for takeout than eating in. Only complaint: my Beyond Burger is never labeled, which gets confusing since my wife orders beef. Still, 5 stars all the way!
