I wasn't sure what to expect...was this just another pasta place? In general, I'm not a fan of pasta restaurants. The portions are huge, there's not much meat but a lot of butter and mediocre sauces. American Way Pasta is in it's own category! The food is delicious and authentic, served in satisfying portions with great customer service. The Cacio e Pepe is a must order. The restaurant is classy and quiet. We had a great evening with friends.
The pasta dishes and service were outstanding! This was our second time and we love this cute, local restaurant. We were celebrating my husband‘s birthday, and they brought out a free dessert, which was very kind.
Very happy we found this place, pastas are made fresh daily unique menu items every week happy hour at the beginning of the Shift 4 to 6:00. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something fresh and nice friendly atmosphere
