I brought my family to eat at Angel’s as I had done on previous trips to Phoenix. Our experiences had been generally good. However, the last time gave me the “Ick”! Not because of the food, although now I wonder. We arrived shortly after opening and there were only a few tables occupied. Pink Floyd was playing. The Brewlee, Brisket Quesadilla, and fried pickles were amazing and they had really good options on tap.
If you like a sweeter ketchup then their homemade ketchup is really good. Me and my friend liked it, the wives did not.
Would be a slightly lower score because my waitress did bring me the wrong order and forgot my drink but she did comp my second drink.
All in all, I would go again just for the food and drinks if anything.

Visited here last night to grab a quick bite before a comedy show in downtown Phoenix. Ordered the crispy fried pork riblets. I thought the flavor of the pork was pretty good. However, it was very salty and hard to eat because of the rib bones that were inside each piece and also pieces of cartilage, etc. I guess I was expecting more of a boneless experience or a burnt end experience.
