Haven't been in twenty years and was excited to go. We walked in to a smell of bad chicken. The staff was great and the prices were as expected but the food was terrible. The riblet platter was the same consistency as a McRib, the onion rings were cold and the chicken severely over cooked before it was brought on a sizzling tray. Well, lesson learned.

The afternoon bartender charged me full price for the lunch special and did a bad job acting like it was an accident. You should be ashamed of yourself Vivian. I could've almost forgiven the obvious scamming, but you just stood there stone-faced, pretending not to know what you did... I would've tipped more if you didn't try to steal my money, Vivian.

Stay away from Parmesan Garlic Boneless wings...they are like plain boneless wings with cheese flakes on top. The Thai wings are very flavorful.

We arrived...we were met immediately at the door and were seated...then........NOTHING...12 minutes of NOTHING...we got up and left...in that 12 minutes learned 3 things from listening to employees...there wasn't enough of them (Employees)...They can't keep up with online orders...SERVICE WAS NON EXISTANT...will never go back!!!...

Arrived 4:50 PM. Had to wait 10 minutes before being seated because servers weren't at work yet. Restroom was dirty and floor very sticky. Jeff is a good server and on his game. Kind of an average dining experience.

Worst service ever. I came in at 10pm and took me 30 minutes to get greeted by someone. My waiter only approached my table 3 times and could provide me hot tea because they said the hot tea machine didn't work but 3 minutes later I see other servers taking several glasses of hot tea to tables. I have never felt so discriminated in my whole life. Meanwhile being the only black guy in the building and I seated several booth away from all the other people who came it to eat. I do not recommend to anyone if you don't wanna be judged by the employees here just for wanting to eat on a empty stomach
Happy hour no longer offers food options, the wait time was ridiculously long and the host skipped right past me twice, once I got my appetizer it was cold.I was never an Applebee's fan but I love their appetizers and would go during happy hour but now they don't offer happy hour food options it's definitely not an option for me to go there.

The service was absolutely amazing. We were so impressed with our server Dorshay, she seemed to be doing it all herself, sitting people and serving the whole west side of the restaurant but did an amazing job. The food was great as always. The restaurant is showing its years and could use a remodel. Thank you for an enjoyable relaxing experience.
