Haven't been in twenty years and was excited to go. We walked in to a smell of bad chicken. The staff was great and the prices were as expected but the food was terrible. The riblet platter was the same consistency as a McRib, the onion rings were cold and the chicken severely over cooked before it was brought on a sizzling tray. Well, lesson learned.
Jeffrey was awesome waiter, full bar, good food, Applebee's.
Stay away from Parmesan Garlic Boneless wings...they are like plain boneless wings with cheese flakes on top. The Thai wings are very flavorful.
Applebee's Grill + Bar offers an average dining experience with some ups and downs. The service can be impressive, with servers like Jeff and Dorshay going the extra mile. The food is consistently great, but the restaurant itself could use a remodel. While the happy hour drink specials are a hit, there have been some issues like limited appetizers and timing discrepancies due to computer problems.
