I had a great experience at this Applebee’s. They were attentive and listened to an issue with an order that was not delivered. They were friendly, and had great customer service. The food was pretty good too, I hadn’t been to Applebees in a while but I will definitely go back and most definitely recommend it.

Ivory M was an amazing waitress—friendly, attentive, and very professional. When we mentioned that the boneless wings weren’t good, she immediately offered to have them remade without any hesitation. She handled it so kindly and made sure we were happy the rest of the time. Her positive attitude really stood out. Excellent service!
