Arby's in Phoenix

“All in all it was a great meal. Very economical as well as we use the app to make the order and the purchase. We didn't go up to the counter we went through the drive-thru. The timing on the app and the actual time that they received the order were inconsistent. It was about a 5-minute delay. The drive-thru lady was very friendly and very helpful. She made sure to let us know that the chicken tenders had just come out of the fryer and were extremely hot as well as the fries. All in all it was really good meal for a great price“

“Ordered the family pack for $15.99 was really good . And I even got the pumpkin turn over. It was really good. Also ordered some cheddar sandwiches those were gonnin less than 4 minutes. Really liked their gyros too.

Parking: A lot of parking.“

“The store location was pretty clean and bright. All trash was picked up and the floor/parking lot was swept and plenty of parking.

“The people working tonight were very nice and hardworking I could tell they were busy but they got everything done as fast as they could, everything was hot and fresh and I went home happy with my food and service. It’s always a pleasure coming to this arbys“

“This is the best Arby’s ever! It’s primarily because of a gentleman named Nick while we see there and it’s just so darn nice and make sure my food is really good. I think his last name is SONNIIKA or maybe that’s the other person. The manager there is FRONZE PEARSON- -he is also very cool.

The bottom line is it’s 6 miles from my home so it’s a little bit of a truck and I go there mostly because of Nick and everybody there wants to make sure they’re putting out really good food. I always feel like I get a good value there and it’s a very special place. I hope you recognize all these people and put it in their personnel file so when they’re up for review somebody my read that would be very good

“I came threw the drive through and ordered the homestyle turkey ranch and bacon sandwich with regular fry's and a tea. Not only was my food out instantly and hot. But the sweet girl with red hair in drive threw made my experience amazing so respectful and asked if I wanted desert with my order I couldn't help myself to two cherry pies! She is doing her job right and has my vote on amazing customer service!“

“At first I was a little unhappy about the wait time however I do have to give the female working that day credit. When I first arrived she was the only one working. A few minutes later a gentleman employee walked into the store and immediately asked to the back. Washed his hands kudos to him and got a quick update on what needed to be prepared. After another couple of minutes the two workers were caught up and the female was finally able to help us. Luckily I had a mobile order and she had just finished preparing my order. She apologized for the wait and told me that she went ahead and upgraded my combo meals for the delay and having to wait at no extra charge. She had excellent customer service skills and I feel that she handled the situation appropriately. The restaurant was extremely clean. No complaints here.“

“Today's Somali was my server/cashier. There was a slight confusion in my order and I had to explain it a couple of times. I was afraid that I was going to kind of irritate her because I was hungry and I just wanted to hurry my order... However, she's stayed very calm, collected and very professional. She exhibited excellent customer service.
