Sadly disappointed with my experience at the location at 2220 W Deer Valley Rd in Phoenix, AZ. I went there today, 01/30/23 @ 3:15 pm. I took a dial a ride van as I'm disabled and in a wheelchair. The trip costs we $4 each way for a total of $8. When I got there, I saw a small sign on the door that stated the lobby was closed but drive thru was open.
