honestly, i love auntie annes, it's so much better than wetzel pretzel but do not come here during covid. their pretzels are so old and sit out overnight. there is no way the pretzels i bought were fresh from when the mall opened. yuck. so hard to chew.

I had a coupon and that’s why I came! The gal was super sweet and helpful. I bought a small cup of regular pretzel bites and then cinnamon & sugar pretzel bites. They were both deliciously good and I’d get them again!! I think that Auntie Anne’s is a little expensive, but with a coupon, I think it’s worth it!

Every single time we try to place an order on Uber eats they accept it and then 20 minutes later we get the notification that they canceled our order. If you call them they claim they never received the order. We’ve tried ordering 5 or 6 times on there. Just take your business off Uber eats if you’re not going to fulfill delivery orders!!!!

I've ordered delivery twice, and both times items were missing from the order. On top of that, half the pretzels were undercooked and the other half were overcooked.

Stopped in today for a little treat. The app is actually what motivated me to stop by. One free pretzel was my reward. I ordered the cinnamon bites and a small lemonade. All of the pretzels had been sitting for a while. You could tell. My pretzel did fast pretty good but was not hot and fresh. The cashier was super nice and very helpful. I will be back again.

I ordered delivery through UberEats. I ordered three pretzels, only received two, and one of those two was burnt to the point only part of it was edible. I also ordered a frozen lemonade, no extra flavor, and received a strawberry flavored frozen lemonade.
Love the food.... Staff could care less if you are there or not

Came here on August 17th at 338pm lady was rude and when my pretzels bites where tough and not even eatable made a big deal about having to make fresh ones. Bad customer service if u ask me. People need to talk with their employees and the managers they hire and how to treat their customers . Had a bunch of batches of pretzels made that long horrible .
