One of the only places I can get bun chay with tofu! Absolutely amazing food with portions that are huge. This is my order of tofu bun chay with 3 egg rolls… so much food I had to throw it in a mixing bowl to get it all to fit!
This was such a cute little place! Awesome for lunch! They had a good variety of banh mi sandwiches as well as sides such as eggrolls, fresh spring rolls, and pork belly buns, where were excellent. They also had noodle salad bowls and refreshing Boba smoothies, with perfect consistency: creamy and well blended. Their tapioca pearls were perfectly cooked! The noodles for the bun are served hot, which I find so strange. Literally the only place I've never been that doesn't serve them room temp / cold. And not a fluke, it's been multiple times. Honestly it's the only thing holding me back from coming here more often.
