Amazing food! Everything here is excellent, the pizza the pasta the wine and the desserts. Staff is great, friendly with too notch service. It’s a beautiful place to sit and watch the sun set on the mountain behind. Highly recommend for dinner or a glass of wine at the bar.

We treat ourselves to Base at least once a month. We love the owners and the staff seems to recognize us even though we're away for months ! Eating outside is lovely ..... The martinis are fab and we always get the “snag” , the crispy prosciutto salad and sometimes , the decadent Pavlova for desert . Consistently good and friendly !

We have been frequenting Base for many years and just the other night we had another fabulous time and meal and I thought how grateful I am that this place is in our orbit. Pizza is solid. Staff and owners are some of the best. You always feel welcome. Worthy of a long trek or just a great neighborhood spot.

I have been going to Base for 10 years and somehow have never written a review. I LOVE THIS PLACE. It was the only place we ordered from and did so weekly every Wednesday during the pandemic shutdown. I eat here at least twice a month. Consistently excellent food, drinks, service, and the outdoor, dog-friendly patio is the best.This has always been family owned, and the current owners and the best people. I don't eat pizza anywhere else in Phoenix. As for other reviews, judging pizza by door dash-style take out is just dumb.

Pizza is good but seriously $12.00 for canned beer is crazy. You have a beautiful restaurant dont be so cheap on the beer because its hard to return when the drinks are so expensive.
