Staff and owners are some of the best. You always feel welcome. Worthy of a long trek or just a great neighborhood spot.

I have been going to Base for 10 years and somehow have never written a review. I LOVE THIS PLACE. It was the only place we ordered from and did so weekly every Wednesday during the pandemic shutdown. I eat here at least twice a month. Consistently excellent food, drinks, service, and the outdoor, dog-friendly patio is the best.This has always been family owned, and the current owners and the best people. I don't eat pizza anywhere else in Phoenix. As for other reviews, judging pizza by door dash-style take out is just dumb.

Pizza is good but seriously $12.00 for canned beer is crazy. You have a beautiful restaurant dont be so cheap on the beer because its hard to return when the drinks are so expensive.

Great local restaurant! The staff is amazing! Our food was delicious and our server gave us great recommendations. Would highly recommend the pizza, which is incredible, and the berry cobbler for dessert was huge, not too sweet, served hot with 2 scoops of Lucious ice cream.

Disappointed by this spot! With all the glowing reviews, we were expecting a home run, but our pizzas fell completely flat. To be fair, we did order takeout, which might have hurt the quality, but still—it was underwhelming. Honestly, the photos on Yelp looked way better than what we actually got. I might give them another shot, but next time it’ll definitely be dining in to see if the experience lives up to the hype.
There are precious few food experiences that stop me, first bite, and make me savor every bite I take after. Base Pizzeria made that exact phenomenon take place. Every bite was better than the previous. Marina, our gracious food tour guide, was incredible! Attentive, positive, informative, and obviously proud to bring the experience of dining at Base to each and every one of us.
