We came for a mini staycation and had an amazing time. The servers said The Spire Bar menu was just updated!! We got the Biltmore Shrimp Cocktail and the Ahi Poke Tacos. They were to die for! Adam was our bartender/server and was very knowledgeable and helpful about what to order. A great place to stop by and enjoy outside. Even in 100 degrees the misters made it almost feel chilly! Definitely a must if you're staying at the Biltmore!
Nice atmosphere!
Out of all the bars here at The Biltmore, my wife and I enjoyed this menu, atmosphere and service. Peter treated my wife and I with much respect and was friendly on our anniversary. Very thankful for people like him. Was also here for game 7 of the finals and it was a great atmosphere
