“Usually go to the one on 51st and Indian school but these few times I’ve gone they’ve been stingy with filling the layered sundaes. They look like it’s just halfway filled. Decided to come to this one and I was not disappointed. Not only was i satisfied with the sundae but I was in and out within what felt like 5mins. Good service too.“

“I stopped in this location last week and talked to Curtis and asked him if he would he be able to do a Lego man cake for my son's birthday the next day. He said he not only could do the cake for me but he could have it ready for me by 10:30 a.m! . This was fantastic news because we were wanting to have our birthday party at noon. Curtis was very friendly and the store was very clean! I will recommend this location to all of my friends and I will only come to this store to get my ice cream cakes.“

“My son's birthday ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins. Very creative and it came out beautiful. All the kids enjoyed it and walked away with blue tongues. But it was hard to cut even with a heated knife as they keep it in the deep freezer.“

“Just ordered a cake here for my daughter’s birthday. My husband went to get it and upon getting home we realized it was the wrong cake. I called and without hesitation they hopped in the car and drove us our correct cake. Accidents happen and it was so nice how they went over and above to correct it. Much appreciated!“

“The customer service was great here and they were very proactive when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. Since mint chip had just ran out minutes before, They quickly checked in the back to see if they had another carton. Once they found it, she offered to make one as soon as it could thaw out enough to scoop. However, she also allowed me to try each flavor I’d like to see if I would want a different type of milkshake and we found a good flavor instead. Very sweet gals and quick service for working with the resources they have sharing the location with Dunkin.“
