Came here a few days ago for 2 cups of ice cream, they failed to tell me before purchasing that they were out of spoons and lids for the scoops. Regardless I went to pay with my gift card and the associate claimed there was nothing on it which I later confirmed there was still a remaining balance so that was untrue. The only reason I went was to use the gift card and then to not even have spoons to eat my ice cream with was a complete let down. The staff always appears annoyed...read full review

I don't know if it's because of the location but the workers here are awful. Not one person here knows what real customer service, and every time I order from this damn location, they always respond with "were out". And that's 3 times in a row. Omg. What is going on here?

I ordered a cake online and when I went to pick up the order, the employees could not find my cake. After calling the manager to figure out what to do, they gave me a cake. It was very disappointing to receive this cake. It looks like someone scraped off the original writing on the cake and just wrote happy birthday over it. I am super disappointed with this cake and this overall store. I do not see myself going here ever again. I do not recommend.
