This location seems designed primarily for drive through with dinning in as an afterthought. Front counter is blocked off with cash register on the side. Most parking would be blocked during busy hours. People who don’t work there are walking thru the kitchen looking around while on their phones. I’m guessing maybe a DoorDash or Uber Eats guy, which is unsanitary. Customer service is near non existent on people who’ve been waiting in the lobby for help. It almost seems like they’re steering you outside to go through the drive-through instead. I remember not so long ago you were greeted with a good morning by a professional looking individual who wore a tie and had a smile...read full review
