Literally been sitting in the drive thru like for exactly 30 minutes now. They closed the lobby at 9:30 for some odd reason. This person in front of us hasn’t got his order taken at the drive thru.Like do your jobs or quit. Stop wasting our time just because you don’t like your jobs.

The 24th street and Baseline needs new Management! If you go there after 12am good luck getting a shake or any ice cream product, they constantly have different excuses as to why.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Not a single employee will help you and they've got everything setup digitally. The digital checkout is so bad and takes way too long to order, especially since it pushes you to add more things. This location is a dystopian nightmare.
This place is only digital screen orders and does not have anyone you can talk to. The stupid screens take 10 times longer to order. I'll never go back here again. Big corporations increasing the price of everything and firing people.They hardly put any ketchup or mustard on the burgers anymore. You can't even see the mustard on the burger, that's how little they put on it. Absolutely not giving any more of my money to this place. There are 5 other burger places on the same corner you should be spending your money at.

I stop here on my way to work some mornings because they are 24 hours. I'm finally giving up. Every single time I'm disappointed. They'll get the order wrong - putting egg on my sausage McMuffin when I clearly stated NO EGG. Then this morning my sausage mcmuffin was cold. The English muffin wasn't even toasted at all! Go somewhere else!

BOOOoooo...I'm a Door Dash driver who mostly works graveyard shift. Tonight was the first time I had to drive 22 minutes to pick-up an order, would of could of, but the cashier denied my customer service because apparently this location only sells breakfast items at this hour. It's 3:30 am, and I'm leaving here empty handed and so did my customer. I had to inform the customer he couldn't order what he wanted from the menu he wanted even though he had a hankering for a quarter pounder adn some chicken nuggets and a whole lot more. Then, I had to contact DD support to ask them to cancel the customers order, so I sat outside of McDonald's an addition 20 minutes just speading the news, and oh, all without pay. You see, the order was cancelled so my trip down was a bust, if I don't pick up and deliver, I don't get paid.THERE IT IS FOLKS!ONLY BREAKFAST IS SERVED AT THIS LOCATION 2AM-10AM!!THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION AND NO OTHERS THAT I HAVE RUN ACROSS BREAKFAST ONLY!!

This location seems designed primarily for drive through with dinning in as an afterthought. Front counter is blocked off with cash register on the side. Most parking would be blocked during busy hours. Ironically they have a good playground.Parking: Most parking would be blocked by drive through during busy hours.Kid-friendliness: Has good playground.
