I will start with the Acai Bowl was delicious. However, I have feedback for this location. Being this location is for people on the go, you should offer 2 things: Smoothies and lids that fit your Acai bowls.
Smoothies are fantastic easy meal. Honestly I look for these at airports so I can wheel my carry on and eat my quick meal before my flight, no mess and healthy.
Domed lids that fit your Acai bowls, should be a bare minimum of what you offer. I had the whole line laughing trying to fit this lid on my bowl, so I could carry it to my gate and the plane without a disaster. Not sure this was a temporary order of lids because youw ere out of domed lids. I cant imagine anyone would actually order flat lids?
Summary, so excited to see this location in the new terminal 4 D gates. But also so disappointed they didn't have the type of customers front of mind. Hope this review is helpful in future decisions you make.

It says that it’s open till 10, I often get into this airport for late layovers, and have been there twice at 9ish and had the person at the counter tell me that they’re closed. So if you’re here at around 9:15 don’t make the trip over
I had the Brazilian cup small cup, the small cup really good. Highly recommended.

I'm based in California and this is one of the better acai bowls ive had. Top 3 easily.
Huge açaí bowls for the price. Granola is delicious and the toppings were plentiful.

If you’ve never had an açai bowl, you need to get one. I see balls always tend to be a little bit pricey and this place is no exception, but it’s not unreasonable. The Brazilian ball is very good. And açai is a fruit which has to be grown in old growth rainforest so supporting açai based businesses, also supports preservation of old growth South American rainforest. It is located in the food court across from the Chase lounge.

The lady working the morning shift was crabby and rude she ruined my morning.

the workers were kind of nice but this is the worst açaí I have ever tried, I still have nightmares with it. I wasn’t able to eat it all, was like throwing 17$ to the trash. It tasted like tea, horrible. Don’t go.

Please train your employee regarding decent customer service. Went there today 4/8/25 stood there for a bit while the girl that works the front attends to other needs. It took the manager (I’m assuming) to tell that she had a customer. She came to take my order without saying hello or acknowledge that I was waiting on her. When it was time to process the payment she stood there waiting for my selection regarding tipping. Of course I am not tipping for bad customer service. She proceed to fix my order. She gave me the bare minimum of the ingredients. She then hand me the bowl and walked away. Fine, I left, trying to get to my flight. When I finally started eating the bowl I noticed that she only place the açaí on the corner of the bowl leaving a gap in the middle filled with nuts. Giving the illusion of the bowl was full. I’ve been there before and have gotten a solid bowl. I think she was being petty because I didn’t tip. I don’t mind tipping as I am in the customer service industry myself but I refuse tipping to rewards bad attitude and poor customer service. With the way the economy is, I will not spend money on places that my business is not welcome.
Why does it taste almost exclusively like spinach this is not what an acai bowl is supposed to be. 🤢

Bought a regular Brazilian bowl. Upon trying to purchase using cash, the employee said “I don’t think I have change for that” and I asked if she could check and she said she had no way to do that. Maybe someone should look into if enough cash is being put in the drawers so that employees can be prepared to make change, or support the employees in knowing if change can be made.

My wife said it was the best açaí bowl on our entire Pheonix trip. It’s in the airport food court next to the chicken place that isn’t open on Sundays.

This place gave me the WORST food poisoning. I was throwing up for over 7+ hours during a family vacation & almost had to go to the ER because I couldn’t keep anything down. Please avoid eating here if you want to enjoy your vacation/trip, just get Chick-fil-a next door!

Out of the many acai bowls that I've tried, this has been the best one. I usually get the volcano, Brazilian, and the berryful smoothie. I tried the Kona and it was ok. I’m glad they have this location at the airport. I usually try to go to one of their locations, but when I can’t, this is my backup.
