Our party had the fajitas, tacos, combo plates and it was all very average. Not authentic Mexican food.
We have dined here many times. Blanco is my daughter's favorite spot to eat after her cheer competitions. When we are downtown for a Mercury game or a concert at the PHX stadium, Blanco is very convenient to walk to from the arena, being only a block away. I highly recommend making reservations, as the restaurant can get busy during city events. I love the enchiladas, and my oldest daughter had the green chili smash burger; she said it was great. Our other daughter, who insists we go to Blanco, loves the chicken tinga bowl ( her regular order), and we always get the queso with beef for the chips. Mmm! Plus, we have never had a bad experience. The servers and hostesses are all at the top of their game! Hats off to all the Staff and Management..
The food was mid and under seasoned. It needed a lot more seasoning, the cocktails were good but the mocktails have diabetes with some extra sugar in it and I went with a friend and could barely or even at all hear them from across the table so we had to sit next to each other for most of the night. Furthermore for the price, I didn't see why we only got 2 under flavored tacos with mid sides and the funny enough when asked for the largest portion size dish that ended up being the best one out of everything in the menu. The ambience was good but again very loud and if I were to ever go there I'd stick to the bar and not a meal for safety.
Came here before a concert at PHX arena. Was packed but got a seat the bar. Bartender was super nice and attentive. Good food and excellent service. They were ready for the crowd and all went very smoothly.
The food and service were great. The noise level was a little high but that's not surprising at the peak of the lunch hour. Overall, I would recommend.
I ordered the Short Rib Machaca Chimichanga. There was very little meat, and a lot of soggy tortilla and fat. I was not very good at all. This was surprising because we have eaten there several times before and loved it.
Restaurant was busy with pre-Dbacks crowd, but server (Nick) was calm, cool & collected. Food was great and overall good value for price paid. Look forward to returning soon!
Always great food & great service! A convenient place to dine prior to going to a downtown entertainment venue!
Always a great dining experience here. Hist & or Hostesses are super friendly, server was awesome food always great. My only complaint is more of a request.. put The Strawberry Margarita on the Happy Hour... 🤣🤣
It's been a while since I've had a perfect experience. Table was ready. Table was nice. Our server was attentive, proactive and friendly. We were checked on and cared for by several staff members. Food was delicious. I cannot wait to go back!

I had brunch at Blanco Cocina recently, and while the restaurant itself is beautiful with a great vibe and welcoming atmosphere, the food just didn't hit the mark for me. I ordered shrimp tacos with rice and beans. The presentation was surprisingly messy—I didn't even feel inspired to take a photo, which I normally love doing for my socials. As for the taste, it was just okay. It was not terrible, but definitely not as good as I had hoped.
Blanco Cocina is one our favorites. The corn tortillas are some of the best. Their Margaritas are really good.
Food was delicious but our server was not friendly and inattentive, did not check on us at all after our food came out until it was time for the check. We've been to Blanco several times and had great service in the past. Hoping it was just a bad day.
This is a fantastic place for Mexican cuisine. Food was fresh, well prepared, nicely presented,,waitstaff was friendly and warm, front of house was as well. I would eat here again on my next trip to phoenix
We were there for Cinco de Mayo and they had a Mariachi band, which was fun! It was beautiful weather and we sat out on the patio. yummy burrito, enchiladas and margaritas!
