There was a wait to be seated so I sat at the bar. The servers quickly took my order and made sure my water glass was full. I had the traditional carnitas tacos on their house made corn shell. It was flavorful and juicy. The chips and salsa were also top notch. Delicious!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant so I appreciated the option to choose a corn taco shell.

Some of the worst service I had ever experienced. I asked the waitress if I could have a glass of water after 20 minutes of waiting for her to even knowledge me or my co workers! The waitress response was very uncalled for and lightweight disrespectful. The GM obviously making excuses for her lack of respect and professionalism. Claiming it was her second day on the job. Having respect and professionalism doesn’t require any training!

We love coming to Blanco's whenever we are bringing visitors to Phoenix. Great location with a structure attached (Gotta remember the parking ticket!). Food is always great and drinks are delicious. Come for happy hour if you want the best deals.

I want to first start by saying the atmosphere is beautiful as soon as you walk in. We are here visiting from VA and have tried many restaurants. This is hands down by far the best experience/food we have had while visiting Phoenix. It wouldn’t have been without having Sanders as our bartender/waiter. It’s hard to get great customer service now a days and not only did he demonstrate that, he was genuine! This man’s passion for Blanco was so evident you would’ve thought it was his place! I got the grapefruit frozen margarita with strawberry added in (x2) the queso dip, and taco salad. My husband got the street corn and tacos. Everything was so tasty! Sanders, thanks again for everything and the great experience you provided for us.

We had a great dinner experience before the baseball game. Short rib tacos, fajitas, combo plates, fish tacos, guacamole, street corn, and margaritas were enjoyed at the table.
