Just had an epic pork burrito from the On the Fly window - if I wasn’t super close to missing my flight, I would have gone back to thank the team. Burrito was the highlight of the afternoon by about a mile. Sure, it was $17 - but you’re at an airport. That’s how it works.

The waitress was so rude to multiple customers including us so we eventually left. The young waitress who was seatng people ten a m, March 21, 2024. Is a power-hungry bully who is unnecessarily rude. She should not be in the service industry. The restaurant owners should retrain her or put her in a non person-to-person position.

I ate here around 10pm before catching a flight. I had a beer with chips & salsa and a chicken quesadilla. The food tasted good, but it made me super sick! Upon landing, I puked my guts out. It was the only food I had eaten in hours, so I’m sure it’s what made me sick. I don’t recommend this place.Parking: Restaurant is in Terminal 4 near Gate A5.Kid-friendliness: Not really. Nice place to stop and get food and drinks in the airport. Not sure why all the negative reviews was a bit nervous to eat here…. Sat at the bar….. Bar staff is super attentive and kept checking in, made me a custom skinny marg which was super yum and refreshing! Got the steak burrito bowl which tasted not only good but fresh ingredients and one of my favorite airport meals in a while :) not too fancy but just what you need after a late flight

I understand it’s an airport, but come on. If you’re going to try and push Mexican food in what I thought would be a predominantly Mexican state, you get thumbs down. I ordered some shrimp tacos and they didn’t even cook the “packaged” corn tortillas. They actually felt like they had just taken them out the fridge. There was no pride in serving this food, and at the price they’re asking, do better. This was the worst representation of Mexican food I’ve ever encountered. Might as well open a location in Canada…

We had chips n salsa (very good flavor, excellent portion size for 2 people), he had the braised chicken tacos, and I had the chicken burrito bowl and a skinny margarita. Excellent food, chicken was moist n tender. Burrito bowl had rice, black beans, chicken, and all the fixings. I was stuffed! His chicken tacos came with beans n rice, too. The skinny margarita was a VERY stout single. Loved it.
The QR code ordering system was not good. Staff wouldn't even acknowledge me until I figured out how to navigate the online ordering system. The gentleman next to me refused to use and received his food within 5 minutes. I waited patiently (at least 20 minutes) and finallyinquired about my food order, staff confirmed it "in the que". Waited longer, spoke with supervisor and manager. Instead of offering a "what CAN they do" , all I heard was "what they couldn't do." I had to ask that my lunch order be compensated. They finally agreed. Only had time for a few bites as my plane was boarding.
