Oh man, I came here on accident thinking this was the only burrito that was worth trying but nope! If only I went to Chelsea's Kitchen for the breakfast one rather than suffering through this horrible burrito. The woman behind the counter was really cool, pleasant and hooked me up with a much better deal, but the food... Oh, how bummed I was to eat here over the other place. It tasted of a gas station or horrible school lunch quality. The guacamole was largely flavorless, the salsa wasn't spicy, and everything was bland.
Edit: strangely enough the food quality is dependent upon who cooks it that day. I've returned a few more times and one day I had a great quesadilla prepared by Akil. The salsa was much better and so was the meat, plus it was cooked to the T. He also told me he was eager to lead a life in service to cooking, so that sets the precedent a little higher for someone of that career outlook. The other folks could learn a thing or two from him since he loves doing it. They're younger and therefore less experienced, so just keep that in mind over this being an outright assault. We're always looking to improve ourselves and this could be a way for those who care about doing so. Take the initiative and be open minded over feeling offended!
Truth: the guacamole needs salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and onion powder since it was tasteless with each person who made it (I've lived in earth for 39 years, so I've had significantly more time than most employed there to know a thing or two).

They are changing incorrectly on items if you see in the picture below, I was charged ground beef, but I purchased bacon I have pics to show you once you reach out my order number is number seven at 8:17 AM , after reading the comments I’m glad I’m not the only who has issues with this restaurant I been going there 3 years today is the last time I will take my money there highly not recommended
Stopped here for a late lunch and was not disappointed. Food tasted fresh and service was great. My husband had a burrito and I had the tacos and everything was good. I wish I got the name of the gentleman that served us he was so friendly. I would recommend to anyone in Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor.

Late lunch before my flight. Found this recommended on Phoenixeater.com. My server was very passionate about his job and making the best food. He suggested the chicken quesadilla and I was not disappointed. The carnitas looked good, so I ordered it half and half.

Wow amazing burrito bowl! I got so much food and it was so tasty total was $17 which is understandable for an airport. I wish I knew the girl that served me, she was awesome! Thank you “Cashier A” @ 6/15/25 4:42pm

Tables dirty. Nobody at counter. One employee was braiding another employees hair while she yelled for another to help us. Took awhile to get help food was not fresh and was greasy. Like dripping grease. The pizza place across from here is good.
Food was not warmed. The service was bad because the server dripped water from the pan over our food. The atmosphere was very dirty and messy. Chicken was very dry and chewy. I dont recommend this place in PHX airport.
My family and I had long trip from the east coast and we were hungry and tired. We were warmly welcomed and Carlos answered all of my questions. I am gluten free and did not want a tortilla so one of the other employees brought out lettuxe wraps for me. Carlos was patient and let us try a sample of the carnitas (which were great). My daughter and I hm ate the chicken which was delicious. We were so happy to have great food aftet a long day, AND the service was AMAZING!
Looking at other reviews it seems folks forget airport pricing is higher than outside the gates and down the street. Sure, the price is a little higher than I'd like, but the two tacos were huge and came with rice and beans. The carnitas was juicy and full of flavor. I'd gladly eat here anytime at PHX.

Food was good and the worker even gave me a sample to make sure the food wasn't too spicy.

Came well before they closed only to be told that the kitchen was closed and they didn’t want to make drinks. There was still 5-6 people there. Felt like they were just lazy and didn’t want anymore people

We had lunch here on the way to Long Beach CA. Both of us really enjoyed our lunches, and the portions were very large. Tasty food and a nice surprise at an airport.

I asked at the info booth where they like to eat. They both recommended Blue Mesa Tacos & now, so do I. Outside TSA but still inside airport. Had a tasty chicken taco made to order, adding cheese & fresh cilantro. ? Simple menu w/ generous portions. Would be even better if they had a smooth (house made?) salsa & chips. Lost 1 star because meat wasn't hot. I forgot to take the photo before eating. ? Very tasty.
