For the most part we have a good experience, the doughnuts always taste amazing. Today however service was completely ridiculous!! The younger girl with the curly hair started our order before the person in front of us was done ordering. She kept going around back and forth so it made it really difficult to move around the other person ordering. My kids did their best to speak up to order but that puts a lot of pressure on them. BoSa is a favorite spot for me. Been to a few locations and this one is tops. The donuts are always freshly made and my work team loves when I bring them in. I like to get a breakfast sandwich to start my day before I indulge in a favorite donut! Don't pass this up.
The food is delicious and doughnuts are amazing… but this location is EXTREMELY SLOW, especially on Sunday mornings. It is ridiculous to be standing in line for 12 minutes for a doughnut. If they know sunday mornings are busier, they should plan for that and hire more people. I have waited this long every sunday i have come in the morning. Other locations move quickly when there is a rush.
