I wish so many of their ice cream flavors didn't include sodium benzoate. It is baked in other countries as a known carcinogen, so it is being pushed on food manufacturers in the US. I would frequent more often if there was more of a focus on safe and healthy ingredients.
Our first time here… we are very impressed with the flavor, quality and creaminess of their ice cream. I appreciate their sugar free options (mint w/ fudge) which was the best SF I’ve had. We will definitely be back!
My husband and I love Bruster’s ice cream! We usually buy a quart of our favorite flavor(s) and take it home to enjoy after we eat dinner. The Blueberry Cheesecake is A-MA-ZING! We are also in love with the Caramel Coconut Cookie. Our only wish is that we could pay with a gift card online, so we could take advantage of the special deals they offer from time to time.
