20 minutes late and longer for orders

I walked in around 11:15am. The floors were completely sticky as I walked to the bar...there was a foul smell in the building, and when I went to the bathroom it was sticky and dirty in there. If it was that dirty that early, I didn't even want to risk eating there. I didn't start to eat or watch the games.

Service was bad I was waiting there for 45 min to get a drink and when Macy the bartender showed up she was rude having some personal problems after I had gotten her attention for service she got my drink and as replied thank you she ignored me and walk away… four drinks in she disappeared again and a guy name Mike took over and gave me my fifth beers come tha find out this is the manager as he came to me at thee end of this issue… well when I got my bill it came out to 30.55 mined wild herd is the cheapest beer they carry no way five beer came up to 30 dlls when I ask to speak to the manager “MIKE” show up talking bout I had more than five beers he said I had 7… so I ask to check the cameras he then said they don’t work and he doesn’t have a way to check them. As I walk into this location I knew it was bad!!! Restroom are dirty employees don’t care it smells bad at the bar I been a customer at Bdub for a long time and this location has been the worse experience I ever had of all locations I been.

Very Rude service it was slow a young skinny black kid was our server he walked by us 3 4 times never offered anything will not go back again I would go there often sit at rhe bar watch football don't recommend nobody to go there

I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings at Metro! Our server, Charles, was amazing. The service was fast, friendly, and super helpful. He walked me through the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure I knew all the current specials. The food came out hot and delicious, and he checked on us just the right amount. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had there ! thank you, Charles!

Came in at sound 8:20 didn’t get seated till 8:45 order food and didn’t receive it till 9:30 but a table that sat after us got their food before we did worst service ever.

Came in on Veterans Day for the free meal and had one of the worst experiences of the day. Both me and my partner are servers so we know how annoying Veterans Day can be and neither of us are quick to leave a bad review but we were both really frustrated with the service.
Immediately coming in the host went to seat us with a server. Had us follow her and went up to talk to what was supposed to be our potential server. She clearly looked like she did not want to take us. They talked for a few minutes and my partner and I felt so awkward we eventually offered to go sit at the bar too instead to try and not be annoying.
We get to the bar top and it takes the bartender a few minutes to even say hi, totally fine she looked busy and was entertaining other guests. She finally comes up to take our order and asks us what we want for food. We explain we were there for the Veterans Day meal and as we are ordering it she stops us, tells us she will take our order in a second, and then proceeds to go and chat with every other patron at the bar instead of just take our 10 boneless wing order first. As a server, this is genuinely the most mind boggling service I have ever lived through. Just felt like because we were getting something for free she assumed we were not worth her time bc we weren’t enough money which makes me sad as a server because even with tables I don’t think will tip I don’t make them sit and wait for no good reason. Macy was our bartender and I really am so disturbed by your service strategy. It’s one thing to just not give a table great service. It’s another to force them to wait around, ignore us while you laugh with other patrons, and give us the most dry responses. Please do better.

Female on shift from 11am-3pm answering the phone needs to be retrained. Left me on hold 30 mins. And hangs up on me. I've been trying to get my refund for 2 hours now. Waiting to hear back from you.

Today I had Rebekah attend us & she was amazing with swift & ease service of our food & drinks! Checked up on us several times in a timely manner even though we were there for a short period! If only I could have her each time I sat to eat!

We had a beautiful waitress, Rebecca who's doing amazing, very attentive and sweet, despite being so busy.
Our only issue was with the food itself. We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich that came with vegetables in it and when we got it, it was only steak and cheese. Rebecca even verified with us that we indeed ordered it w/ everything on it and even checked with the kitchen who told her the vegetables were cooked in with the meat, even though it still came w/ no vegetables in it....
She made it a great experience though!

They mess up the order every single time.
Never give you the sauce or dip although you order on the side, items are missing too. Looks like they don’t even care what customers exactly want. Very worst customer service. This is my second time having same issue , I ordered something and got something else. Never ever going back to this place.
