We ordered 10 piece boneless wings and fries and a 10 piece boneless wings and onion rings. The wings were mostly breading, very tough we got a handful of French fries in one order and 5 onion rings on the other! For $27 it was definitely not worth it! Don’t waste your money at this place! And I sent a complaint to their corporate office and got zero response!

This place needs new management ASAP! I love BW3 and this is the only location close to me but every time I try to place an order, no one ever answers the phone or i get put on hold for 15 minutes and no one comes back to the line. When you go to pick up your food it ends up being the slowest service ever. Maybe they need more employees but something has to change because this place is awful

Really bad service if I’m being honest and food was really cold when we got it, the waiters made us wait a whole hour and brought the food in diffrent times so my whole family ate at diffrent times and waited for 30 minutes for just 2 cups to go and even asked 3 people and all ignored me. The fact that I had to get up and get two cups to go myself shows they have really bad service.

Whoever she was that was working tonight had an attitude beyond having a bad day. I witnessed it with 2 delivery drivers and 2 other customers. Be nice and kind to your customers and others around. If you don’t like what you are doing look for something else, but don’t take it out on people coming into your business. I walked out shortly after this, I will rather drive 10 more miles elsewhere or pay a little more at wingstop down the street just for better service.

Alot of places will offer something free on your birthday such as a dessert or even an entree as a way to treat you on your special day. I seen online that Buffalo Wild Wings GO offers a free 6 piece wings on your birthday. I came here on MY birthday with my ID and was told by staff that I had to have the app downloaded for at least 24 hours to get the "birthday 6 piece" and to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and the general manager named Sarah told me that I had to have the app downloaded for at least a YEAR. I said "1 year of having the app to get 6 Wings on my birthday?" She told me the district manager came up with that. So they DON'T offer a free 6 piece for your birthday, it's a free 6 piece for having the app for a year. This is called UDAP Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP)
