Great service every time I visit. Great food also
First time I have used a Buffalo Wilf Wings GO which is strictly for to go orders. Placed order online it gave me a 30 minute window when the food would be ready. Drove over walked in about middle of window time given and food was ready. It was fresh hot and pretty good. Lorenzo asked me if I needed any napkins or fork which I did and was much appreciated. Will be back for another lunch order soon.
Lorenzo was super sweet and helpful when coming into the store to place my order was having trouble with the app and made it quick and easy to check out thank you so much for your kindness and patience

Based on the reviews, Buffalo Wild Wings GO is a place with very mixed experiences. The service can be outstanding, with staff described as fast, friendly, and polite, and orders coming out hot and ready. However, other visits have involved wrong orders, cold food, and rude staff. When issues arise, the manager has been understanding and taken care of the situation right away. The food itself is often fresh and hot, with one reviewer calling it "buss" and noting a good price of $23 for 20 boneless wings, a large fry, and tots. There was also a simple mistake with bone in chicken wings being swapped for breaded boneless, but it was corrected. Overall, it is considered the best BWW location in Phoenix by one guest, especially for gluten intolerant customers who have had no bad reactions when protocols are followed. The restaurant is very clean, with fresh food and no long waits, and is considered cheap for the amount of food received.
