Our family has been going to the Taco Bell at the Arcadia crossing, 2601 N 44th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008, for a long time now, Tom the food preparer and Luisa the manager are "Great" Tom and Luisa take their job very seriously and always greet you with a welcome. The food is always prepared very well and they keep the restaurant and bathrooms very clean and equipped with paper towels and soap.
Efrain is an exceptional worker. He gave me amazing service. I felt like he actually cared about making things right for me. I didn't even need to complain for him to ask if I I received everything alright and if there was anything else he could do. Amazing worker, best experience in a while anywhere.
The place has good food good staff and are very accurate when it comes to providing your meal. The problem I ran into is the dining room. This particular location has a homeless problem and the staff are either helpless or refuse to deal with it. I am unsure if they are too scared or simply don't care. The last few times I've been here somebody has either been high or got high while stealing drinks from the location and the staff were either not inclined or could not get involved....read full review
