Her name is suri Everytime I come here she has a real bad attitude and acts like she doesn't want to serve the people she sign up for she really disgusting as Everytime either if it's in or drive thru or coming in to pick up she seems to have a attitude and does my Suri countless rolling her eyes ignore people thru the driveway while we are trying to order something just for you to have a attitude I don't want to be here attitude it was a new girl who I came in today she was really sweet until Suri came in to the mix just messed up the customer service witch is supposed to be done in a professional way I wouldn't be surprised if she gets snatched behind the counter from someone y'all handled it before the public does and if she the manager that sick on your part I ask her I didn't want the dragon lemonade I wanted a strawberry lemonade she literally pour my lemonade out on the metal thing from behind the machine 🤢 and started to felling the couple up I ask for a new couple because I don't know what's been on that metal and that machine for her to do that I come because my food is supposed to be made right and passing the health expectation that's why we come your store to eat not to get sick and dealt with someone funky attitude because they didn't want to be there in the first place. You tell these people one thing they go do something else they all need to be fired

DONT EAT HERE! I went to this Burger King & ordered 3 for 7, 1 whopper jr, 1 med fry & a medium coke to go. They have no bathroom for paying customers and I really had to pee. Then I get home & find 2 whopper jr and no fries. That is NOT what I ordered. Everytime I called it went to a voicemail and no one has returned my call in a week & they still owe me an order of fries. My customer service issue went unresolved. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Apparently this location thinks “no mayo” means extra mayo. I would’ve been annoyed if it was a normal amount, but not enough to leave a bad review. This is an EXCESSIVE amount of mayo.

Messed up my order at the drive thru. Also I didn't get a receipt so I can't use the website to air my grievance. Food was the usual burger king. Only I didn't get cheese on my whopper or half onion rings Only all frys.

The supervisor of the Burger King was extremely rude very unprofessional. The food was not good. But it's Burger King I stopped in because I was waiting for my car to be fixed but I will never go back to another Burger King ever again this is the second Burger King I've gone to and every person is rude. Burger King needs to learn what it is to have proper manners in customer service. I do not recommend spend your money like at In-N-Out play Chick-fil-A while you receive good customer service

Michelle, the manager, asked me to pay an extra $9 before making me my impossible burger, I had selected substitute, for the triple whopper, at the kiosk. I've done this at many other Burger Kings in the valley, and just received my proper order at a different Burger King, off Dove Valley, North of the 17.

Michelle has braces, and a butterfly tattoo on their wrist, and upon requesting a refund, they made it very difficult for me, argued at me, yelled at me, and spoke to their cook behind my back about me, they then refused to give me my refund in cash, when the card didn't process. They called their manager when I argued that there is literally a button that allows them to refund me in cash right in front of them.

Once they spoke to their manager for about 5 minutes about the situation, they pressed that button the register opened and a receipt printed showing my refund. Disgustingly unprofessional. I don't know why they argued what substitute is supposed to mean. The word substitute literally means to replace. The button is right there. Every other Burger King has the same idea about what it means, and so does the one that just served me. This worker stopped their staff from making my burger in order to argue against it, and attempted to charge me. $30 for my $20 meal.
