This location needs more supervision from corporate. They lie about not being able to prepare orders. I went through the drive-thru and they told me they were not accepting any orders. I parked in the parking lot to see what else was nearby and noticed that people were going in and coming out with orders. So I stopped someone and they told me that they were picking up for Uber eats. So what I did was download the Burger King app and order it on the app and miraculously they can prepare the order because 5 minutes later I went in there and picked up my order. đ¤ˇđžââď¸ Then I went through the drive-thru again playing stupid like I did not know about the whole order situation and they told me the same thing that they can't prepare any orders at the moment, but I got an order 3 minutes earlier.
Tell customers to order on the app instead of telling them that you cannot prepare their order. This location needs to be stopped by a secret shopper so they can see what I am talking about.

This is the worst experience ever not only did it stink really badly in here like poop no Iâm not trying to just say it because of the bad experience it really smells like poop. I asked for help and the girl was working drive thru and the front and kept saying everything way too fast because their screen was not working. Do better Burger King.

I used the drive-thru. The gentleman who took my order was excellent. The food came out hot and fresh within 2 minutes of getting to the window. I ordered a Swiss burger meal and a cheeseburger for my dog. Cost me $15 and some change. I am very disappointed in the Swiss burger. The flavor was off kind of a sour flavor. It was also missing a burger patty. I think I'm done with Burger King. If I knew there was a Rally's Burger a few feet up the road from them. I wouldn't have given Burger King a second thought.

The workers here are absolutely horrible and rude they throw dirty rags in the ice cream machine and laugh about it while people like me get food sick this is the second time now I've gotten sick from this store do not go there they should be thrown in jail!

Came to drive thru 9:30pm. Used coupon from mail. Ordered meal and girl asked for code I told her I didnât bring my glasses I cant see it. She said she could not place the order. I pulled up to window and showed her the coupon. She tells me to go back thru drive thru and order. I said You cant place my order? Yet you have the code. She said we get scored on time for how long you sit here. I said I can pull to front and wait. She huffed and said fine. I told her Im the only one here. She slams window and walks off. I left!!! Im not going to beg and argue to spend my money here!! And she is your so called manager?! I Gladly spent 20.00 at EL POLLO LOCO next door!!! Who were in Great Spirits and even up sold chips and guacamole.

Restrooms have been "closed" for days but an employee asked the cashier while taking my order for the bathroom key and went into the bathroom. I was told to go ask the business next door if they have a restroom knowing they never have had a public restroom. If you need to use the bathroom while eating here you will have to leave and find one somewhere else. Hand washing before you eat is a healthy habit. Was going to eat here until I wasn't able to wash my hands first so I had to carry out my food. Restaurant was very clean in dining room with all but maybe two tables clean with the Burger king crown on the tables. Order was taken and my food was finished within 5 minutes of walking in the door.
Since when did the Double Whopper meals give out kid sized drinks? I paid 14$ for this and got the smallest cup on top of that they didn't even have Coke or Dr Pepper available.
