I've been coming to this location for probably 10 years or so. I only keep coming back because the food is always hot and fresh. But the employees for as long as I can remember have been rude AF! I don't think I've ever had a pleasant visit where I left feeling like I wanted to come back. It's like all they hire are people whos attitudes are not the greatest. But, that being said I will keep going back because it won't make me broke and it's always delicious

Horrible experience on Friday April 5 2024. Around 9:50ish PM. There was a girl that had a horrible mouth and horrible attitude. Lying not telling her name. Pretty sure she was high bad for business. She needs to be fired for sure taking this to corporate.

My only criticism about this Burger King is that the bathrooms have been closed since COVID began. Please open them back up!Wheelchair accessibility: I use a power wheelchair. They have handicapped tables that are easy to use.

Make sure you ask for a receipt because they won't! I left drove away to realize they forgot the mozzarella sticks in my order. So I drove back & talked to the same person who took my order and they wouldn't give me the cheese sticks back because he couldn't do anything without a receipt and was all rude about it. Terrible customer service. Definitely not not coming back!

I would like to start off by saying that I dined in on this day of my review with all 3 of my grandkids ages 5 6 8 and after eating 2 of them had to go to the restroom. All of the employees stated that they couldn’t open up the door to allow them to use it. Now how do you explain that to small kids that can not hold it until we get home. Imagine that. That was so rude and very disrespectful and something needs to be done about it. For my grandkids to witness that after we dined in was very troubling. Every restaurant by law should allow folks to use it when dining in. I didn’t just come in there to order, I sat and ate. For some reason the staff that served us said they couldn’t allow the kids to use the restroom. I need answers. This is unheard of. I will dig more into this with the better business bureau. Also the McDonalds right down the street alllows folks to use it when dining in. I have never heard of such. I hope to God this wasn’t discrimination. I’m black and my grandkids are mix. I need answers.

This review is solely a result of how HORRIBLE the service was. I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich and inquired if I could pay extra to add cheesy tots in place of fries and I was told by the cashier he "can't do that". Fine. So I ordered my meal Ala carte. Original Chicken sandwich with extra cheese, no lettuce, an order of cheesy tots and a large fry. A grand total of $13.57. The receipt shows "2 American Chs" for $1. One would assume that means extra cheese as one order of cheese added to a sandwich is $.50 per the menu. I opened my sandwich at my table and there was only one order of cheese which includes 2 slices for this chicken sandwich. I returned to the counter and said "Excuse me, but I ordered extra cheese on my sandwich. There isn't extra cheese on it. ". The cashier grabsbed the sandwich and handed it back to the kitchen and told the young lady that was preparing the food to add cheese to to make extra cheese. She complied, adding two cold cheese slices to the sandwich, then handed it back to the cashier who handed it back to me. I could blatantly see that the cheese was by melted because it wasn't heated up to achieve this so I asked the cashier, "Can you please have her warm the sandwich up?", to which he responds with the rudest sigh I've ever heard come out of someone in a customer service role, snatched the sandwich our of my hand and handed it back to the kitchen as he snottily says "Heat this up". I, being floored at this treatment, said, "Did you really just sigh like that?". He then raised his voice and said "Did you say that? Did you? Did you? Did you? Huh? No?". I replied "Do you always give customers cold food? Huh? Do you? Do you? Do you? No? I don't expect cold cheese to be thrown on a sandwich and handed back to me!". By that time, the sandwich was warmed and he threw it on the counter and I asked, "Do you always treat customers like that? I hope you have a GREAT EVENING, D!@K!" and returned to my booth to eat. I overheard him say something in Spanish that I couldn't make out completely but it was along the lines of a derogatory remark regarding my heritage and the fact that I paid with EBT, (I'm homeless but do NOT live on the streets as an unhoused person nor would someone be able to know that just from looking at me except I carry a backpack with me) to which I replied "What GREAT customer service! I'm DEFINITELY going to tell your manager about this!". He replied once more saying "Go ahead! I don't give a F$%K!". With one last response I said "Believe me, I'm going to escalate this to corporate if i have to!". One of my fellow patrons said "You're not wrong! That isn't right! He shouldn't treat people like that!". He isn't wearing a name tag, but this took place at 5:25 pm this evening. He's roughly 5'10", about 130 lbs, maybe 18 to 20, black hair, dark Olive complexion, clean shaven with braces, slightly larger hook nose, with a bowl-style haircut. NEVER been treated with such disdain and utter disregard as a result of such a simple request, to have something I paid for put on my order! This kid was beyond disrespectful.

This food was so authentic and delicious that it isn’t possible for words to describe it. In fact, it was so good that my soul escaped my body and spiritually ascended to heaven and touched god. Since then, my life has changed for the better. My ex wife got back with me, and I am now a world famous musician. I became the world’s first trillionare, and it is only getting better from here. I now have the world record for happiest man on earth. If you plan on dining here, prepare to get your life changed for ever. 10/10.
