When I stopped by one afternoon there was no one there. I ordered a whopper with cheese, no mayo and onion rings. The onion rings were very cold and the whopper had tons of mayo on it. I knew I shouldn’t have eaten it but I did anyway. I had a stomach ache for the rest of the night. I do not recommend this location. I don’t know how my order came out so bad when I was the only customer there.

Came through the drive thru this morning and Noemi I believe is her name who worked the window is awesome! She deserves a raise for excellent service and she had our order out quick and correct!!! Good job!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the food I got tonight. Got a large whopper meal and the burger and fries were so soggy and gross tasting. They both had a weird chemical taste too. The whopper only had pickles and an insane amount of mayo on it, other than the meat. Won't be

So I went to a Burger King location on for lunch. I am a member of their crown rewards program so I was going to go on the app to provide some feedback on my visit, which was good. That's when I found out that my account was suspended for some reason. All the app would say is for me to call customer service but when I called customer service, the number referred me back to the app, unable to speak to anyone or resolve this issue. I even tried sending an email to guest services but no one has yet to contact me back. The restaurant themselves did a great job, however the corporate level needs a lot of work! I asked at the counter if they had an additional number to corporate to see if I could get this resolved but they said they don't talk to corporate. How can a restaurant not communicate with corporate and how can I get this resolved?
Can't even call and reach a manager after they messed up our order. If you pick the option to connect with someone it automatically hangs up. The girls there are lazy and incompetent. Apparently it's too hard to cook 3 fresh 8 piece nuggets and a large fry. Fries were cold, I only received 8 nuggets and they were barely warm. The staff here is horrendous and would strongly advise visiting ATL across the street.

Do not go here. Ordered just 2 things and it took forever. We made the mistake of not checking our order and we received 2 chicken wraps? instead of a double bacon king. The receipt does not have the survey code information on it, so I can't even formally complain about it. So disappointed since this is the BK I grew up going to.
Couldn’t even get a meal because I couldn’t get passed the attitude. Hope this one goes out of business.
