They don't have very good communication here. They don't like to talk to eachother. They lack leadership. The one time we eat in the dining area it took 30 mins or longer ro get our food. The order was wrong. The food was still yummy. But rushed and slapped together. They could have done better. The dinng area was dirty. They could fix that by having at least 1 person clean and wipe EVERYTHING DOWN. . at least 1 or 2 an hr or day ? It's not hard to keep things...

I’m honestly floored by the difference in this team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The cashier greeted me and my family, as well as a few neighborhood kids we brought along.
The playground was accurate and clean, the air conditioning was on (huge win for the kiddos), and the food was A+. Shout-out to Luz Maria and Diana in the kitchen — amazing job. We tried the TX Whopper for the first time and my husband absolutely smashed it.

I just wanted to share that John at this Burger King location was not only incredibly caring and supportive, but he also did a great job keeping an eye out to make sure everything felt safe and secure. It was clear he was really looking out for everyone’s comfort and making the whole environment welcoming. Really appreciated his attention to safety as well.
