I ordered a beef breakfast sandwich that my girlfriend saw on the Burger King website and the manager argued with me saying that they don't offer such sandwiches. Gave me a lot of pushback and didn't want to make the sandwich. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Tonight, I sat in the drive through here for 25 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me. It seemed like they only had one person working. Ordered two things and somehow they got them both wrong even though they were correct on the drive-thru screen. First time trying BK in years and unfortunately did not make me want to return again.

For some reason, my gift card loaded to my account and I was unable to use the physical card. The woman at the window was so sweet and got my order through. I contacted corporate in hopes to send the full gift card amount to them because I wanted to use the gift card. I appreciate her!!

Yesterday night we waited forever for the lady at the drive threw to give us our meal and had horrible customer service skills she was on her phone and told us to wait in the drive threw intercom to be on her cell phone and ignore us back and fourth at the window while we watch her.. my kids were starving in the car and it was around 8 pm and lots of cars were waiting as well behind us … it was so unprofessional around customers to be on there cell phone and be ignored..

Many years ago I used to frequent this location so I have some memories of my late teens and the 90s here. The decor is fairly similar still and I wanted to pop in for nostalgia.
Well I tried to order the $5 Your Way meal which ended up being miscommunicated as a different 2/$5 option so the poor cashier had to get the manager to come back up front from the kitchen to clear it out. Oddly he weirdly seemed to question why he should need to do such a thing trying to get out of it for some reason.
So that got sorted out but I still had to press for my app code to be entered for crowns/points. The manager then insisted I would have to pay full price for the items individually in order to be credited with my purchase.
Insane. I just left, shaking my head at the stupidity unnecessary complexity of ordering fast food. This location clearly isn't going to last much longer. I certainly won't bother to return.
