Always clean seating area. In store is always a nice customer service. But drive through is slow and a bad speaker at the ordering spot

They advertise 2 for $5 Whopper Jr. Sandwiches. Apparently if you do not ask for the deal prior to even stating you want a Whopper you no longer qualify for the deal even when you mention it before paying. Giant scam. Also they do not give receipts when handing back change. Corporate needs to come visit this store and retrain their managers on how their own deals work!

Seems to be a hit and miss at this Burger King.We hit the drive thru for a couple Whopper Jr. and some sides.First of all, we were asked to pull away from the drive thru and park in the dine in parking lot where we waited over 5 minutes for our food. We decided to eat in our truck before we got back on the road and the first disappointment was our sandwiches were room temp! The buns were dry and crumbling and the sandwich just didn't have the Whopper taste.Not sure what's going on with this location but on a previous visit, the same order was as good as it gets, a few days later, they get a generous 2 stars.Management really needs to pay attention to their product.This is not how Burger King wants their food delivered.

2wk ago January 2024Bkfst 0930: "we're outta biscuits"...really?Got croissant sandwiches that were damp, soggy, falling apart like they were nuked from yesterdays. They smelled & tasted WEIRD & CHEMICALLY...not like stale oil...but like cleaner fluid."SHRINKFLATION" been goin on here for a while. Whopper just normal sized,...Mushroom sourdough child sized & weird tasting, bun soggy.Ordered plain whopper....was covered with stinky a$$ jalapeños!3 outta 4 times they get the order wrong!They hurry you at the mic before you can read the menu.Online ordering fast food is just RIDICULOUS!Bkfst, lunch times are the usual times i order....last time i went there after dark a homeless panhandling guy approached my car at drive thru!Impossible burger is impossible for me to ever order again....dry, tastelessParking: Plenty parking as nobody's there! ;)

Food poisoning, food poisoning, food poisoning.If you want to vomit and have diarrhea this is the place for you.Yesterday my 9yo son and I went to this location to a very lazy staff who would rather talk through headsets and stare at you blankly than anything. Roof was leaking in the lobby from a tile that was sagging. I should have left but my son really wanted to go.The "whopper jr." Looked like a regular burger and my burger had mustard on it for some reason and barley any jalapenos.He became very ill later on in the day started vomiting complaining about stomach pains. He decided to try to go to school only vomit there.Thank you burger king for the doctor visit and the pain causes to my son.*Update*Contacted area supervisor with no response. If you call the store it goes to voicemail.Contacted Burger King themselves who stated that they can't help but here's a voucher, which I'm not going to use because you 1. have to download the app and 2. why would I go to a place that made us sick?Also I'm aware that this may be a franchise and therefore burger king can't do anything anyway.I guess what I'm saying is eat at your own risk.

We waited 20 min in the drive through and Caralina and her coworkers were very rude. We asked for a drink after waiting for 15 minutes to which she very rudely said no. Finally when the food did come out it was wrong. I asked for no onions or pickles but they put them in the burger. We waited another 3-4 minutes and during that time I again asked to make the customer happy (a drink) denied again. Finally the burger comes out again, I leave and when I open the wrapper there are no onions or pickles but there was no bacon…We are never coming here again. Worst service we’ve experienced. No effort to make things right.

Horrible service. Staff is rude. I didn't even order food because of how bad the service was. Go save your time and order somewhere else!
