Been to this location several times, they never gety order right. The Drive up CSR's are not very friendly. I tried an in store order and the staff wasn't any better. Dining room atmosphere was not welcoming. I placed my order to go.
Promise truly made my day! Even though it was late, she treated me with the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was kind, patient, and went out of her way to make sure I felt taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who cares that much, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back.
Fully appreciate the service and quality of the food at Burger King. We love their burgers, they always have a good standard, and today was our second lesson since we wanted to eat at another restaurant, but it was a disappointment, and we had to throw away what we had bought and go to our favorite store. Thank you for existing. Thank you to all the people who do a very efficient job and give us quality in service and food.
