The youngman who took my order was super detailed, engaged, made eye contact and smiled a lot. These are skills that often get overlooked in the workforce, but they're so important and critical for a business to succeed. The food can be amazing, but if the service isn't, it can really hurt a business's success. A team's foundation should be built on those skills, and everything else can be taught. The service I received today was well done!
We go out of our way now past 2 other burger kings to go to this one specifically, they pay way better attention to the food, order is always correct, they are extremely kind and attentive and just overall great experience. Monica was extra kind and friendly and sometimes that just makes all the difference especially if you are having a bad day and looking for a nice meal to cheer you up and someone friendly. This is the only location we will come back to now.
The manager Wendy, and her staff were incredible, food was perfect 👌 you will remember how Burger King was in the past . Go git U some.
