When I entered the restaurant there was no one there to serve, I used the computer to order myself, then 3 employees showed up just walking but not paying attention if I needed help or something like they don't care about the business, then the order was delayed because they didn't have fries ready then I ordered to eat here and everything seems dirty the tables the floor full of soda spilled wherever I looked the counter was dirty also bad experience eating here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Just went through the drive thru and tried to order their deal of the $5 duo OR as it says right in the menu make it a $10meal duo so 2 sandwiches, 2 small fries, and two small drinks. The employee working the drive thru right now 11:15 am on April 11th proceeded to tell me that not an existing deal to which I responded it says it right on the menu. She didn’t even try to do her job before just starting to argue that it didn’t exist. Instead of ordering we said we’d take our business elsewhere. You may want to make sure your employees are aware of their menu rather than basically refusing service over a deal that IS on the menu.

Tip: if you're not in a car, you can still order on the app and pick up food from the drive-thru after 9 pm. The Whopper Jr and Royal Crispy Wraps were better than I expected. The chicken is dry but the breading is crispy. The staff didn't completely ignore me.

My husband and I just Burger King at 175 n 44th Street in Phoenix, Arizona with NO fries. We got here at 5pm. After my husband takes took the order, he realized 15 and then eventually 20 mins went by. No one acknowledged his presence or explained the ridiculous wait. When he spoke, they acted like he wasn't speaking. (Mind you he was simply saying "Excuse me".After a couple of more minutes, I told my husband to just get a refund so we can go somewhere else. He says excuse me louder because I felt maybe they just didn't hear him. No, they (girl in the drive through) confirmed he was being ignored by yelling "SIR HOLD ON!".Mind you, he was not acknowledged while he was waiting for 20 plus minutes for FRIES. Worst customer service ever..

The night and the morning staffs who work there are very rude I'm a veteran who use EBT hot meals program and every time I go there and order me food they laugh and they give me bad food I just purchased food from them and they were laughing and the chicken sandwich I ordered they give it to me I found it frozen laterally with ice frozen and the French fries my message to Burger King owners would it's a shame for a great business to hire employees of those type they are not professional they are so ghetto

I ordered some simple sandwiches through the kiosk but it charged me for meals. I wanted a refund. The assistant manager was incredibly rude. She refunded some of the money but not all. The worst service I have ever received from Burger King. This occurred 1/31/24. This assistant manager is not customer service driven. Do not go to this location.

I wanted to give this place a second chance, since there weren't homeless people everywhere waiting to get hit by a car so they can go to the hospital and get drugs...so, I did give them another chance. This particular day was OK but they did get my order wrong.

Why is it that you don't put napkins in the bag when I go thru the drive-thru? I mean, how irritated would you be if you bit into your burger and the sauce made a mess of your face and you go to teach for a napkin in the bag only to find that there is no napkin? Get it together people! People use the drive thru primarily to eat in their cars! Manager was the one bagging up and handing out the orders
