Why is it that you don't put napkins in the bag when I go thru the drive-thru? I mean, how irritated would you be if you bit into your burger and the sauce made a mess of your face and you go to teach for a napkin in the bag only to find that there is no napkin? Get it together people! People use the drive thru primarily to eat in their cars! Manager was the one bagging up and handing out the orders
I am honestly baffled at what kind of training these employees have that they think this is acceptable. I went through the drive through and got a very burnt biscuit so I went inside and asked for a new one and the lady pulled out a tray of equally burnt biscuits and asked which one I wanted. Maybe learn to use the equipment properly. And BK wants to charge almost $5 for this?

Tip: if you're not in a car, you can still order on the app and pick up food from the drive-thru after 9 pm. The Whopper Jr and Royal Crispy Wraps were better than I expected. The chicken is dry but the breading is crispy. The staff didn't completely ignore me.
