Michael, from Butcher Block Catering, just did an event for us this past Saturday. I cannot even begin to express what a great job he did. Everything was set up early and looked great, and the food was DELICIOUS!!! If you are planning an event - this is the company to call - BUTCHER BLOCK CATERING COMPANY. You will be happy you did.

They catered our diner surf & turf cruise w/ Lake Pleasant Cruises on 10/05/2025. We had, Italian dressing house salad, grilled garlic shrimp, prime roast (cooked to your liking), potatoes au gratin, and finally some dessert (which was a variety bowl of cheese cake, strawberries, and a brownie, then all covered woth powder sugar. The whole entire meal was amazing. Meal was not cold and definitely did not taste like a catered tub dinner cruise. Would definitely use them for a venue. We are going to try the BBQ cruise next, heard their bbq taste so gooood, it will make you slap your mamma!

With a number of folks having different dietary desires, Michael was great at helping me put together just the right array of foods. Amazing event with our church ladies' retreat met some pretty incredible people from all over who were celebrating bdays anniversaries etc The food was pretty delicious especially the spaghetti squash my absolute favorite. Thank you Micheal the chef for the evening and his team. Unfortunately, I was so busy enjoying the food and friends that I forgot to take pictures.

My fiancé and I went on a dinner boat cruise and had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious BBQ and some spectacular Pepper Coleslaw. We loved it so much so that we are now using The Butcher Block Catering Co. for our wedding. Can’t wait to celebrate our special night with some amazing food to remember.
