Came here for the first time last night. I had slept all day from driving back from Cali, picked up my daughter snd she wanted spaghetti. Not only was the food so perfect, speaking with Brandon also made my night. We chatted about the food there and where I had recently gone in Cali. I got her a small spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of chicken parm. He even told me how to keep my bread crispy while in transit to my home!! Above and beyond for customer service! By the Bucket is fantastic, both in food quality and in service! From the moment you enter, you're greeted with friendliness and passion for the craft of spaghetti. The owner himself worked the counter and was lively as he did so, beaming smiles and explaining all the menu options knowledgeably. While he prepared my meal by hand himself, he told jokes and entertained me and other patrons. The bring a vape promo discount was awesome and fun as well! Now, to discuss the food!...
Saw this place on TikTok and felt like I wanted to give it a try. Brandon had great service and made the options very clear to me while also giving great recommendations. The menus are very simple to understand and I would definitely recommend giving this play a shot.
