We came in tonight during a really busy rush and the line was long, but Caleb and Alex were absolutely hustling to keep things moving. They jumped in wherever needed, filled gaps, and kept everything flowing. It definitely seemed like a stressful situation, but both of them handled it with smiles and such positive attitudes. I had written a review praising Cafe Zupas, but Google deleted it. Knowing how they operate, I'm guessing companies can pay them to remove positive reviews of their competition.
Absolutely love the salads at Zupas but the Happy Valley location just gets more and more run down every time we come. The walls have been half painted and unfinished for well over a year. The kitchen and bathroom and order counter are just gross, not clean and in need of some major attention. Today we were served our lunch on a tray that was dirty and a broken bowl.
