Visited Carcara while attending a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center. I had realized that we would have a lunch break and secured a reservation. Unfortunately others did not. The crush of people who wanted a table made the initial experience a bit frustrating as it was confusing whether I needed to wait in line if I did have a reservation. Overall, it was nice, but the service was not great. It was the second time we have had some problems with service. Nothing hideous, but not great. The food was pretty good, and the general ambiance is very nice.
Carcara was incredible!
From start to finish, the food, ambiance, and service were top-tier. Alfredo took such amazing care of us.. warm, attentive, and truly elevated the entire experience. Every dish was delicious, and I’m still thinking about that Aperol Spritz… perfection.
We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back!
