100/10. The ol ma can STEAM!

This was my first time visiting this establishment while visiting from Atlanta, Ga and from the moment we walked in we immediately felt at home from the warm welcome. That changed my mind from a simple “to-go” order to now dining in. From the food to the personable customer service for not just us, but everyone in the restaurant, this place deserves the support and backing from the community. Job well done!

I did DoorDash so idk about service or atmosphere but the food is delicious! I got egusi soup and Ogbono soup with fufu. So delicious, flavors I have never experienced. I'm excited to try more dishes.

I ordered the yam fufu with kontomerie (palava) and it reminded me of Ghana! The best African food I've ordered in the states by far and that includes Atlanta and Phoenix! Generous portions, seasoning on point and perfect amount of spice and red oil I imagined that 2 people were out back pounding fufu, that's how authentic it tasted. I think I found my spot whenever I don't feel like preparing my own! Next time, I will visit in person and bring a friend or 2.
