Carmen's has came through many time to help feed our community during a yearly event. The staff is so helpful and professional, plus the food is delicious. My favorite are the mini chicken chimi's :D
We ordered Carmen's Catering for our 30th Birthday party. It was my first time ordering catering, so I was a little nervous. Thankfully, it was easy to place the order online, they were even able to accommodate 10 extra guests my mom invited just a couple days before. The Build your own taco bar super fresh and super tasty.
We are from New Mexico originally, and we are very particular about the spice in our Mexican food. I ordered Carmen's for Christmas hosting. I asked them to make the red enchiladas spicier for us and they came through. They were fabulous! We also ordered various tamales and a taquito platter with beans and rice. Everything was delicious. Although, the red pork tamales were not a favorite, we loved the green chile corn and cheese tamales. I could not be happier with...
