We have always enjoyed dining at Caroun Restaurant and have consistently appreciated the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. However, we were disappointed to see an additional $30 gratuity added to our bill on top of the $10 tip we had already left for our server.
This was confusing and didn't seem reasonable to us. We believe gratuity policies should be made very clear to customers before they pay. Unfortunately, this experience left us frustrated, and it has...

This is my most favorite place in Arizona. There is no other restaurant made food like this , if I want to recommend a restaurant or I want to invite someone definitely will be Caroun restaurant

Best restaurant in the Phoenix area! The owner, Savak, is a wonderful guy and he’s a great friend of mine. Very hospitable and clean food and great service! I wish I could rate more than 5 stars cuz this place really deserves all the stars!
