Lovely location with some cool coffee options. They must sell out of pastries early, by 7:30 there were only three left. Coffee was okay, the sweetened drinks are very very sweet so I’d recommend ordering half sweet.

Definitely high-quality coffee, baked goods, creative drinks the smoking maple Hojicha latte is something you have to try. I had it hot in the middle of the summer in Phoenix, but didn’t matter. It was still epic. Super friendly staff happy faces no matter what time of the day they open at 5 AM it’s great.
