Just amazing, and it feels like you are in a movie. Overall the entire concept is dope! The staff is friendly, and the drinks and snacks are great. I would highly recommend on a special occasion or just any day you want something different.

This place was recommended to us. A reservation is definitely needed. Our server, Lily was freaking amazing!!! She was a big part of our night. She loves what she doed and she made excellent suggestions. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The drinks were really good and we ordered a couple of snacks. The lobster toast and the trio. They allot you 90 minutes but that's enough time. There's also another side which is tiki bar decor. Very quaint feeling. Nice. We will visit that side next time. We enjoyed our experience on the train.

My friend and I have been wanting to check this place out for a while and it did not disappoint. The screens really make you feel like you’re in a moving train car. The ambiance and visuals were nice. Drinks were strong. We went on a Wednesday night so we were able to walk-in without a reservation. Our conductor, Marty was very friendly and welcoming. She was fun to talk to and made our night more enjoyable.

Fun, and great service and delicious drinks. The couple things that I wasn’t so impressed on was 1. The music did not match a 1920’s speakeasy at all. 2. A departure and arrival would have made it way more authentic and 3. The “train ride” video was cool for the first few minutes, but then just looped over and over and over again, no one even paid attention to it after the first several minutes.

Best cocktail bar experience in Phoenix for sure

Platform 18 was a ton of fun. Would recommend. We came in for our anniversary. Great service from the bar. Our bartender, Justice, was so kind and had a welcoming vibe. Definitely made our night memorable.

This place is so fun! They stick to the theme of the Prohibition Era with the drinks, attire and little skits they do. We really enjoyed our time here. Would HIGHLY recommend. Our server Sage was amazing!!!

Not cheap but it’s worth it! Good quality food, service and amazing experience.

Platform 18 was so much fun. Had date night with my husband and loved the drinks and atmosphere. We will definitely be back. I just wish they offered more snack food options. We would have stayed longer if they did.
