Highly recommend visiting here if you are in phoenix. You’ll come for the great cocktails, but stay for the experience. It’s highly imaginative. The setting is immersive in and of itself, but it’s the employees who really work to make the experience feel like you’re transported to a different time/place. We visited all 3 bars, but the bartender, Justice, at Undertow made our whole night.

I was a bartender for many years and never had drinks this unique and fun! The atmosphere is transcending! You can travel on a train or aboard a ship all in one night! When we went the Grey Hen was ending and a New Mexican themed bar is beginning. Luckily we had a chance to try both those menus! Definitely sad the Wonton Soup is leaving, and the other drinks from the Grey Hen menu. The bartenders are all very talented in making the most flavorful and unique confections! I recommend...
